      How to integrate Adact with Hubspot?

      Did you know you can integrate Adact with Hubspot? Read more about it in this article.

      Adact helps you to have your campaign created quickly, nicely and see the results of it by getting information about leads and their interaction with your campaign. We know that such information is important to you and in most cases, it will be then used for marketing, sales, or any other your inner processes. To help you manage this information, we decided to integrate our system with HubSpot.

      HubSpot allows you to automate your work routine proposing an integration with thousands of applications. In such a way you can create the integration of data from Adact to any app you use for specific processes if it’s available in HubSpot.

      Steps to setup integration

      • You can start simple integration by following these steps:
      • Create your account in HubSpot or log in to an existing account.
      • Connect your HubSpot account with an Adact brand you have created here.
      • Choose the HubSpot account you want to connect to Adact by clicking "Add new connection". When the connection is successful, you'll spot it right away in the row with the arrow.

      Events which could be sent from Adact

      Currently it is possible to create contacts in your HubSpot when:

      • New Assigned Prize Created - will be triggered when user made all actions required for getting prize and reached end screen in connected campaign.
      • New Unique Lead Created - will be triggered when user fills registration form and reached a next page.

      Steps to setup your campaign

      1. Create your campaign in a brand which has been connected to your HubSpot Account

      2. Setup your campaign registration form fields which you want the players to fill

      3. Go to campaign settings -> integrations

      4. Setup which integration you want to use

      5. Connect campaign's registration form fields with HubSpot fields

        Make sure that HubSpot field types match campaign's registration form field types (checkbox, text, select, etc.)

        If the fields you need do not exist in HubSpot you can create custom fields here:
