Always make sure everything works as intended by following these simple steps:
- Publish the campaign! Now it's Live, but you can always go back to Draft mode from the Publishing Settings menu.
- Test the campaign flow yourself with different emails and devices to make sure everything is working as intended. Do not forget testing on mobile!
Ask 3 colleagues to participate in the campaign as test users. It is recommended to check how others perceive the created experience in order to reveal bottlenecks and make improvements. - Polish and reset! When making changes to Live campaign, always press the Update live campaign button to save changes.
Once testing is finished, go to Analytics and Reset campaign analytics - this will delete ALL data gathered during the campaign, including traces from testing such as won prizes, survey results etc. Do not Reset before exporting data if it's important to retain some of it.
