How to change the account owner
If your initial account creator has changed roles or is not working in your company anymore, you can appoint another user as the account owner.
Why account ownership matters?
Account owner is the person Adact will contact in case of any account specific news, updates or issues (For example if there are issues with payments or some of your campaigns)
Changing the account owner
One of the team members is always set to role "Account Owner".
The account owner can click "Edit permissions" and appoint
When editing a team member you can assign "User Role" as an "Account Owner".
This will Remove the account owner role from the initial account owner.
Then you can click Delete User to remove the previous Account owner from Adact seats.
