How to buy and publish 1 campaign?

Purchasing individual campaign can be done via Adact Tokens. Spend tokens on a campaign to unlock and publish it.

   Can I upgrade the campaign later?	Yes you can. You only have to pay the difference in cost.
   Will my tokens ever expire?	No your tokens will always remain with you
   I changed my mind on the campaign I want to publish. Can I reassign the tokens?	Yes but for this please contact your customer success manger
   How do I know which limits I need?	On average you may expect around 5-10% of your monthly website visitor count. Feel free to start with the lowest and upgrade as you see fit
   If I upgrade to subscription, can I get refunded the tokens I've bought before?	Yes - if you have tokens left and decide to upgrade to a subscription we will refund the tokens you already bought!
   Can I earn tokens for free?	Yes we are rolling out promotional tokens soon - stay tuned!

   4. Spend those tokens on the campaign
   5. Publish the campaign

3. Create a campaign

   1. Create a campaign by choosing whichever type of an experience you wish to create.
   2. This does not cost anything and feel free to experiment with different campaign types.

4. Unlock campaign for publishing

   1. When you unlock a campaign, you unlock the ability to press "Publish Campaign" for it to start collecting analytics.
   2. Until you publish the campaign ( It is in Draft status) it will:
      1. Not save any registration form information
      2. No entries are saved in the leaderboard
      3. No prizes are assigned
   3. When you Unlock the campaign then it will not be published automatically.
   4. You can publish it within 1 year.

5. Purchase the required amount of tokens

   1. The amount of tokens you need to buy depends on the scale of the campaign you wish to launch.
      

   2. What is a Unique Visitor?

       If 1 person visits the campaign 10 times on the same device it will still count as 1 visitor. You can think of Unique Visitors as unique devices.

       

      How many visitors can I expect?

      2 500 unique visitors = Brand with ~€500 or less marketing budget and around 10 000 website visitors/mo

      10 000 uniquevisitors - €1-2k marketing budget and around 50 000 website visitors / mo

      25 000 unique visitors - €2k+ marketing budget and over 100 000 website visitors / mo

      100 000 unique visitors - If you plan to launch the campaign in multiple countries.

      All these numbers are highly subjective and are the baseline averages.

       

      Can I upgrade the campaign later?

      Yes - The discount reflects how much cheaper would it be to buy the higher tier upfront but you can simply purchase the minimum tier and upgrade it later by getting more Adact Tokens.

6. Using tokens on a campaign

   1. Once you have purchased the tokens you can now go back to the campaign and click "Unlock publishing rights" and click "Unlock 1 campaign".
   2. The tier for which you have enough tokens for will now feature a "Use tokens" button
   3. After using the required amount of tokens the campaign will now be set to unlocked and you are free to click "Publish campaign" whenever you are ready.
   4. Data collection will only start after the campaign has been published.
   5. Share the Draft version with people to test how they like it without using up your limits.

7. Upgrading a single campaign

   1. Upgrading the campaign only costs the difference between the two tiers.

      If you unlock Tier 1 campaign for 5 tokens, then upgrading it to Tier 2 will cost 5 additionltokens.

   2. Open Upgrading modal by clicking on the +Token sign next to your campaign limits
